Technical Support Engineer (f/m; full time)

Required prerequisite is knowledge in the following areas:

  • Windows und Ubuntu operating system knowledge
  • Multimedia knowledge
  • HTML, Javascript, XML, REACT
  • Networking and protocols like HTTP
  • Programming for actively writing automated e2e tests, understanding react/ javascript code, writing scripts for automation
  • AI Skills
  • Proficiency in English, (Basic German or any other language is an advantage but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
  • Scientific education: Bachelor, Master studies or other proof of experience in scientific work

You will be working in a professional software development environment that includes:

The monthly gross salary is € 3.000,00 (paid out 14 times a year, overpay is possible depending on qualifications).
